| Job Information | Call Centre Supervisor is urgently required for our Essex based client. You will have extensive knowledge of supervising call centre/customer service agents in a busy call centre environment. Managing a team of 15 staff you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the customer service standards set by all operatives and ensuring that SLA’s / KPI’s are being met and exceeded. Hours of work are 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, however flexibility in hours is essential to help cover busy periods. You must be a personable, presentable, professional manager for this position. Knowledge of supervising, managing staff in a call centre environment essential. You must be available to attend an assessment day on 28/11 to apply for this role.
